Featuring Jasper delivering a speech, the graphite drawing was created at the studio and used during the animation process of the episode titled "The Royal Canadian Kilted Yaksmen," which aired on June 23, 1993. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 8.5"x8.5", the drawing is in very good condition with a creased bottom right corner and a diagonal crease from the top right corner to the middle of the sheet.
